Terms and Conditions


Net 30 days with approved credit. Initial orders for new customers must be accompanied by a tax exemption certificate and credit application. The minimum order is $50.00 net. A $10.00 service charge will be added to all orders under $50.00. Merchandise ordered in less than full cases will be subject to a $5.00 charge for each broken case. Descriptive or typographical errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to change pricing or product specifications without notice. All sizes and weights shown are approximate. "Add ons” arriving after shipment of original order will be subject to terms of a new order. Goldleaf reserves the right to cancel backorders on prepaid shipments. All orders are subject to acceptance by Goldleaf. Special order or custom-made merchandise may require a deposit and is non-cancelable.


No merchandise will be accepted for return without an RMA # from Goldleaf. The request to return merchandise must be made within 30 days of the invoice date; freight prepaid and is subject to a 20% restocking charge. All merchandise must be unused and in original packaging to insure that it is received in resalable condition and is in its original shipping cartons and full cases. The amount of credit issued will be based on the condition of the goods when received. Returns will not be accepted on special or custom-made merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to package and ship your order so that it is not damaged during transport. However, if damage occurs, we want to help you address the problem right away. Please follow these steps:

  • Carefully inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.
  • Call us immediately if there is any damage.
  • Keep all original packaging together and intact.
  • Secure the item(s) in a safe place. (Note that the inspection and claims process could take up to several weeks.)
  • Goldleaf Food Service Displays will call the carrier to file a claim and request an inspection report.
  • If we need to investigate further, Goldleaf will request that you send us the product. Once this is authorized, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must appear on all returned cartons.

Shipping and Freight

Orders may be acknowledged with an "expected shipping date” based on current production schedules. It is not a guaranteed commitment to ship on that date.

Based on the requirements of our shipping carriers, the following general rules apply:
1) A $50.00 large package surcharge applies when Length + Girth combined exceeds 130”.

2) For Domestic Ground Shipments, the following formula is used to determine if "dimensional weight” applies:

  • When the LENGTH x WIDTH x HEIGHT = 5,184 or more, dimensional weight applies. (Divide the LxWxH by 166 to determine the billable weight.)
  • When the LENGTH X WIDTH X HEIGHT = 5,183 or less, the actual weight applies with no additional charges.

3) For Domestic Air Shipments, charges are ALWAYS determined by dimensional weight.

4) Truck indicates that the item needs to ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload)


Goldleaf stands behind the quality of every item it sells, and backs up this pledge with a 90 day manufacturer defect warranty. The warranty is not applicable if the parts have been damaged by abuse, accident, misuse, misapplication, or if the parts have been altered.
